  1. What does “vectorize” mean?

    • Programs like photoshop, painter and gimp are pixel based. Meaning if you zoomed in as close as you can get, you drawing is made up of TINY dots. When you do something in vectors through programs like Illustrator, the images are technically like numbers with a specific formula. You can shrink and expand it as much as you want without degrading the quality because it just changes the values. In photoshop, you can only change the size so much before it starts to look funky. Thats pretty much how it was explained to me at least πŸ™‚

    • I think its all in who is creating it haha… You can go super flat minimalist vector person ooooor you can try and get a bit more detail with transparency, feathering stroke points haha. We are barely done with 1/5 of the first season LOL and you still have more than I do done! πŸ˜€
